- How does booking a photography session through the online store work?
- When you purchase a portrait, headshot, or event session through the store, your payment secures your session. Marc will reach out directly by email or phone within one business day to coordinate your preferred date, time slot, and location (or schedule your sitting at our private Tremé studio). If you have specific dates in mind before purchasing, feel free to reach out via our contact page to confirm availability first.
- How does scheduling work if I need a weekend or holiday session?
- Weekday sessions are standard. For Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays, simply select the "Weekend or holiday session" option from the dropdown menu before adding the session to your cart.
- Are session fees refundable?
- Because dates and time blocks are reserved exclusively for you on Marc's calendar, session fees are non-refundable. However, if bad weather affects an outdoor shoot or an unforeseen personal emergency arises, we are always happy to reschedule your session with advance notice at no penalty.
- How are online store payments processed?
- All transactions are processed securely through Stripe with bank-level encryption. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
- How does shipping work for books and merchandise?
- Copies of Marc's book, Fearless Photographer: Travel, are hand-signed before they ship. Physical orders are typically packaged and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, with standard ground delivery arriving within 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
- Can I purchase a session or print credit as a gift for someone else?
- Yes. Photography sessions make wonderful gifts for graduations, engagements, corporate promotions, and anniversaries. You can complete the checkout under your name and include the recipient’s name and contact information in the notes, or email marc@marcpagani.com right after ordering and we will issue a personalized digital gift certificate.
- How do I order physical prints or wall art from a session?
- Every portrait, headshot, and event session includes access to a private, password-protected online proofing gallery. From that gallery, you and your family or team can directly order traditional silver gelatin darkroom prints, archival pigment cotton-rag enlargements, fine-art canvas wraps, lab-printed luster and matte prints, and custom albums produced by professional photo labs.
