About This Session
Whether it's a corporate event, a trade show, a convention, or any big corporate event that you want great images of, you can book it right here.
All New Orleans event photography sessions include unlimited images and an online gallery where participants can view images, as well as purchase prints, books, etc. if they choose — and you can download the high-res image files directly from the gallery. Two hour minimum.
Marc Pagani and his associate photographers love to document your important events, such as parties, corporate events, and conventions. Contact us to inquire about availability, then you can book directly through this site. Note that because Marc Pagani Photography sets aside the date and time of your event and does not book any other shoots during that time, session fees are non-refundable.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SESSION
- How many hours of coverage do we need?
- Most single-evening events need two to four hours. Multi-day conferences are quoted per day with an agreed shot list. Send the run of show and we will help you decide.
- Can we get photos the same night?
- Yes. A same-night edit of a small set for social and press is a common add-on, with the full gallery following within a week or less.
- Will you work from our shot list?
- Of course. Sponsor signage, VIP handshakes, branded moments and awards usually get a list, and documentary coverage happens around them.
- Do you carry venue insurance?
- Yes. Certificates of insurance for hotels, convention centres and museums are provided on request.
