On the day of, we exchange discreet text signals so I know when you are on your way and exactly where you will stop.

I arrive at the location early, pre-set my exposure for the ambient light, and blend into the environment. As you approach the spot, you have total privacy. Your partner will not notice me until after the question has been asked and you point me out.
- How do we coordinate timing on the day of without giving away the surprise?
- We use simple, pre-arranged text updates (e.g., “Leaving the hotel,” “5 minutes away,” “Wearing a navy blazer”). If your dinner reservation runs long or an Uber gets stuck in traffic, don't worry—I build flexible arrival buffers around your proposal window.
- What if the proposal spot is crowded with tourists or street performers?
- Popular spots like Jackson Square or City Park can have fluctuating crowds. Part of our advance planning includes selecting an optimal time (early morning or golden hour) and identifying 1–2 nearby secondary spots so we can adjust smoothly if a tour group or event is in the primary location.
