We shoot around a working kitchen, on the kitchen's schedule, and every dish is shot with great lighting and composition.
This means arriving early, lighting the pass before service, and building a shot order with the chef so nothing is fired until the frame is ready. Dishes are shot as they leave the kitchen, as well as on the table with the perfect presentation.
