ABOUT THIS SESSION
All New Orleans Studio Headshot and Studio Portrait sessions include up to one hour (or more if you book a longer session) of photography, basic editing, unlimited wardrobe changes (as session time allows), and an online gallery where you'll be able to share images with friends and family as well as on social media. You can purchase prints directly from the gallery if you choose, as well. We also have books, cards, and other products.
Your studio portrait photography session fee also includes medium-res watermarked downloads of any/all of your images and high res downloads of 10 of your favorites, which can be edited further if you'd like. Additional image files can be purchased for a discounted fee of $25/file.
New Orleans Studio Headshots/Portraits are shot with top-of-the-line Profoto lighting equipment and lighting modifiers, and either a black or white backdrop (or both, if you choose). Additional fee for weekend/holiday. Note that because Marc Pagani Photography sets aside the date and time of your session and does not book any other shoots during that time, session fees are non-refundable.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SESSION
- How long is a studio headshot or portrait session?
- Standard sessions provide up to one full hour of dedicated studio time, though longer sessions can be booked if you need extra looks or time. For a single individual, one hour is plenty of time to relax in front of the lens, work through several posing angles, and complete multiple outfit changes.
- What lighting and background setups do you use in the studio?
- All studio sessions are sculpted with top-of-the-line Profoto strobe lighting and modifiers inside Marc's private Tremé studio. We can shoot against a clean, crisp solid white seamless backdrop, a dramatic deep black background, or both within the same sitting if you want distinct looks for different platforms.
- How many wardrobe changes can I bring?
- Wardrobe changes are unlimited within your booked session time. We typically recommend bringing 3 to 4 varied outfits—such as a classic business look (suit jacket or blazer), a smart-casual option, and an expressive creative or relaxed layer—so you leave with a diverse image library.
- What image files and deliverables are included with my session fee?
- Your session fee includes basic color and exposure editing, an online gallery to review and share, medium-resolution watermarked proof downloads of every frame, and high-resolution master downloads of 10 selected favorites with full personal printing rights. Additional high-res image files can be ordered at a discounted rate of $25 per file.
- Can I purchase physical prints, albums, or wall art from the gallery?
- Yes. Your private online gallery connects directly to professional labs where you can order archival photographic prints, fine art wall pieces, custom albums, and greeting cards delivered straight to your door.
- Can I schedule a weekend or holiday studio session?
- Yes, weekend and holiday appointments are available for an additional fee. Because Marc reserves the studio and calendar exclusively for your session and turns down other bookings for that time, all session fees are non-refundable.
