ABOUT THIS SESSION
All on-location New Orleans portrait photography sessions include up to one hour (or more if you book a longer session) of photography, basic editing, and an online gallery where you'll be able to share images with friends and family as well as on social media. You can purchase prints directly from the gallery if you choose, as well.
Your office-based portrait photography session fee also includes high-res downloads of all images, which can be edited further if you'd like. All downloads include printing rights, so you can print as many as you'd like at whatever size you'd like.
You can decide the duration of the session and location. Locations more than 10 miles from Marc Pagani Photography will incur a travel fee, to be discussed prior to session. Location studio lighting (we use top-of-the-line Profoto lighting equipment and lighting modifiers) and a white or black seamless backdrop are also provided. Note that because Marc Pagani Photography sets aside the date and time of your session and does not book any other shoots during that time, session fees are non-refundable.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS SESSION
- Do you bring a complete studio setup to our workplace?
- Yes. We bring professional portable Profoto studio strobes, softboxes, light stands, and a seamless white or black backdrop directly to your office. All we need is an open conference room or corner roughly 10 by 12 feet with a standard electrical outlet.
- How do you schedule team members so our workday isn't disrupted?
- We coordinate a seamless, rolling schedule with your office manager or team coordinator—typically booking 3 to 5-minute individual portrait slots. Team members step in, get photographed with expert coaching, review their shots, and return to their desks with zero downtime.
- Can you match the lighting, crop, and style of our existing corporate headshots?
- Yes. If your company already has an established corporate style guide or website directory look, simply send over sample images beforehand. Marc will match the background tone, lighting contrast, and framing ratio so newly onboarded executives and staff integrate seamlessly into your team page.
- What do we receive after the office session?
- Unlike single-person studio sessions where favorites are selected, office sessions include high-resolution downloads of all final edited images with corporate printing and marketing rights. Images are delivered in an organized online gallery where leadership and marketing teams can easily download master files.
- Can we capture environmental office portraits in addition to backdrop headshots?
- Yes. If your office features striking architecture, collaborative work areas, or boardroom views, we can split the session between classic backdrop headshots and natural environmental portraits of executives in action.
- How quickly are our corporate files delivered?
- Your private proofing gallery is typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days following the session. Rush delivery is available upon request if you have an impending press release, board announcement, or conference program deadline.
