Conventions, galas, retreats, corporate meetings, second lines, festivals, sales kickoffs, fundraisers — the city absorbs all of it, and most of it needs photographing before the next morning's recap email. Marc Pagani Photography has specialized in New Orleans Event Photography for 30+ years and we're available to book right now for your next event!
New Orleans Event Photography coverage is documentary first: keynotes and awards ceremony photography, then photography of the room itself. Then we make sure we photograph the handshakes, laughter, the sponsor signage that has to appear in the recap deck, and and the detail shots the marketing team will need next year.
Standard delivery is a same-night selection for social and press, with the full edited gallery inside one week. Multi-day programs and multi-photographer coverage are routine. Feel free to combine our event photography with a custom headshot photo booth.

EVENTS PHOTOGRAPHY QUESTIONS
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK OUR NEW ORLEANS EVENT PHOTOGRPAHY?
- As early as you have a date. Conference and gala season in New Orleans fills months out, but short-notice coverage is often possible — just send us a message and we'll make it happen.
- HOW MANY HOURS OF NEW ORLEANS EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE DO WE NEED?
- Tell us the run of show and we will help you decide how many hours of New Orleans event photography you'll need. Most single-evening events need two to four hours; multi-day conferences are quoted per day with an agreed shot list for each.
- CAN WE GET OUR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS THE SAME NIGHT?
- Yes. A same-night edit of a small set for social and press is a common add-on, with the full gallery following within a week or less.
- DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SPEAKERS AND STAGE PROGRAMS?
- Yes — keynotes, panels, awards and breakouts, shot quietly from angles that do not distract the room, plus the candids and sponsor coverage around them.
- WILL YOU WORK FROM OUR EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY SHOT LIST?
- Of course, that's not a problem. Sponsor signage, VIP handshakes, branded moments and awards ceremonies usually get a list, and the documentary event photo coverage happens around them.
- Do you carry insurance for venues?
- Yes. Certificates of insurance for hotels, convention centres and museums are provided on request
