New Orleans is a convention city. New Orleans Convention and Conference photography is all about preparation and on-site decision making . A three-day program has a hundred things happening at once, and only an experienced events photographer knows how to photograph it all with professionalism, calm, and creativity.
We've shot hundreds of conferences, trade shows, and corporate meetings both in the Morial Convention Center and in hotels and alternate spaces during the last 25 years and we always get it right. Trade show booths, expo floors, keynote speakers, breakout rooms and meetings, off-site dinners, opening and closing parties and cocktail hours...we've shot it all while leaving room for the moments no shot list imagines.
Add-ons include things like an on-site headshot station for attendees, hourly image drops so the social team can post live, and captioned galleries organized by session for the post-show report. We've got you covered.
